Les journaux anglais et européens font part d'une montée d'actes racistes envers les étrangers depuis le Brexit. Cet article se focalise sur la peur des étudiants étrangers au Royaume-Uni et ses répercussions. 
En effet, il semble que les étrangers étudiant dans les universités anglaises ne se sentent plus les bienvenus et ont peur de faire face à des remarques ou des actes racistes. 
Cela a des répercussions : le nombre de ces étudiants diminue nettement (c'est le cas notamment pour les étudiants indiens) et les observateurs craignent que les diplômés partent travailler - ou finir leurs études - dans d'autres pays.
