The notion of "MVP" or "Minimum Viable Product" is a key element of Eric Ries' book The Lean Startup. The idea is to test an MVP with early adopters to reach product-market fit as quickly as possible through real customer feedback and validation of underlying growth and value hypotheses. Avoiding to waste time and resources on developing a product that nobody wants. Still - very surprisingly to me - the number one reason for Startup failure, according to this source: http://sco.lt/8gFEh7

So, I recently came across an old tweet of Jurgen Appelo, in which he asks: "Apart from Holacracy, the "Spotify model" and Liquid Organization, what other frameworks/models do you know for adaptable org structures?" It made me reflect on all the different "adaptable organizational structures" we've come across over the last years. Here is the (not so exhaustive) list I managed to come up with.... for now.

A fundamental premise of web3 is ownership. But ownership isn’t just a technical or financial shift, it’s a shift in how we connect with one another.

More people are running to charity tube to post free videos and watch free videos than posting on you tube. Try posting at charity tube and you will never leave. http://www.africatube.net/ More visitors and more video views. Don't take our word for it, try it. Post one same video on youtube and put it on http://www.africatube.net/ and return ater five hours and compare the viewers rate and decide for yourself. Create your very own group or forum and control who watch it and invite everyone to watch the video. Above all, post video in English or in any language and viewers can watch video description in their own language. Try it and let us know your experience. Above all it is absolutely free like youtube
