This video is important for my professional development since there are included some tips to become in an effective ELT. Keeping things simple, although they are complex, is essential for the learning process of students. Also, having a good sense of humor as well as be aware of students are both perfect elements to engage with students. Be a good time manager in the classes is a key to be an effective teacher. Admit that we are not perfect, learn from our mistakes and speak the amount of time that is required are some features that characterises a good teacher.
