Political panic often leads to bad laws and regulations, especially where basic liberties are involved, such as freedom of the press.

It's never a great thing to appease through haphazard regulations because of political panic. British media should stand up to the lawmakers and make sure that their rights are not taken away.

The juxtoposition of #9's "Be a little sneaky" and #10's "Empoewr them" is quite interesting, but the point is to push the envelope and at the same time make your interviewer feel at ease with you so much so that they will tell you what you need to find out from them.
