This article is interesting to promote good habits in ourselves and in our students, since working together, there are more chances to learn and enjoy the process of learning. Of course, this is applicable in online courses and face to face class because in both environments, there is the bad habit of behaving like student A. Additionally, the tips are very simple and very useful to put into practice. plan our schedule of classes give us more opportunities to interact with the other people, share information and provide regular feedback.

I not only require my students to introduce themselves, but to reply to at least one other student's introduction, so they get to know their online classmates. This semester, my students commented a number of times on how much they had learned from each other!
