These six rules to follow will help the struggle against gender equality. If we do one of the six rules and share with any social media network or program, we will be giving those people hope who are struggling this battle at their jobs.

Alyssa Davidson's curator insight, January 6, 2015 10:50 AM

Now that it is 2015 we have to work harder to take action in oder to find gender equality. We, as women, need to continue to strive to break down any negative stereotypes and discrimination solely because of our gender and prove we deserve, and are capable, of having equality with men, whether it be in the workplace, in academics, etc. Like this article says, it is time to take action!
