When you are looking after your own health and wellbeing during pregnancy, you are helping your baby's development as well, which can even effect the health of your child in later life. Regular massages can be very beneficial. Make sure to check if your massage therapist is qualified in pre-and post natal massage. |

I am so glad to see something written about depression during pregnancy. It is a fundamental time for the mother and the unborn child. The mum to be can feel in top of her depression so much guilt as well for not feeling on top of the world and because of that suppress her feelings which will make it even worse. Knowing you are not alone and that there is help out there will make such a difference.
