AEating fish is associated with an increase in brain volume, but it is apparently not because of its omega-3 content, a new study of older adults has found.

This study shows that eating fish helps to increase gray matter in the brain.You don't need to overdo it either, once a week is sufficient!

I can believe this without even reading it. Mental or Physical exercise limbers us up and get the juices flowing. Everything seems better after a half hour on the treadmill, or maybe a half hour on Lumosity.
