Souvent pointés du doigt comme étant parmi les acteurs qui contribuent le plus aux émissions de gaz à effet de serre, les agriculteurs n’ont pas attendu la « marche pour le climat » pour agir contre le changement climatique. Depuis plusieurs années, de nombreux producteurs et éleveurs ont opéré des changements de pratiques pour réduire l’empreinte carbone de leur exploitation et adapter leurs systèmes de production aux évolutions du climat.
