This seriously rubs me the wrong way. I could say other things, but....anyway I'll share my opinion on this whole situation. First off, what the crap is up with the court? She ADMITTED to the murder! What more proof do you nee? A video? Come on. Second, Casey Anthony is just screwed up. Once again, she admitted to the murder. She should be in jail. What do those people in the courts see that I don't. I personally think that she should be locked up. It is unfair to her daughter and the rest of the people that have been impacted by this situation. She has done a horrible thing, and when people do horrible things they should be punished. Enough said.

I think that this is a ridiculous rule. I get that if she already served time for the crime it would be okay, but if she admitted to it and just got off free that would make me very mad. You need to serve time for your crime.

What about people that are actually innocent? Is it fair for them to be hounded forever? I think that is a good law that needs to stay around, it's just frustrating when people abuse it. But people find ways to abuse every system... people suck, that's the way its always been and always will be and there is nothing anyone can do about it.

Many troops are coming home to nothing in Arizona where former troops have no homes to return to. Despite how horrible this is it is in fact a protection of the 3rd amendment which says that people aren't required to quarter troops unless told to due so by the US government during a time of war.

In Engblom v Carey, Enblom claimed that governer Carey forced her to quarter troops in 1979 even though it wasn't a time of war. It was found that Carey was at fault in 1982
