Fewer people are now booking Airbnbs because of the economic and financial recession that is playing out for many consumers. This could have a big negative impact of the US Housing Market, as Airbnb owners are being forced to sell.
Do you think Airbnb will be able to sustain itself with this down turn economy?

U.S. central bankers will likely start long-awaited interest rate cuts with a quarter-of-a-percentage-point reduction.
They seek to reduce the odds of a recession even as stubbornly intact underlying price pressures put them off more aggressive action.

In a big industry shift, new rules will change how agents get paid.
1.8 Billion Dollar Verdict is NOT with the Realtors,
it's with the National Association of Realtors (NAR)!
Honestly, the NAR Nightmare is just beginning. Buying and selling real estate the traditional way comes with numerous authorizations, lots of rules and unhappy buyers, who get the brunt of documents they are now required to sign.
Fortunately for me, I quit the NAR/Board of Realtors. I am the broker/owner for Sunflowers Realty, an independent real estate company that offers a unique For Sale By Owner plan. As The FSBO Advisor, I essentially provide the same service I did when I was a "Realtor" listing property for sale.
Florida Homes sell quick, when you pick, The FSBO Advisor. Enjoy closing success with no stress, plus stash 30-40% cash.
Get HAPPi for seller advantage. Can't wait to explain!

Skyrocketing homeowners insurance premiums might be playing a role in the rising number of Florida foreclosure filings.
Who would have ever thought that homeowners insurance would be the cause of foreclosure.
If you or someone you know is struggling with financial pressure because of mortgage or homeowners insurance, please reach out to me. I was one of the top brokers who helped homeowners during the real estate tsunami of our times back in 2008.

Florida is a popular place to move, which means demand for housing is high. Sell ng without a Realtor.
With the market shifting drastically because of the high interest rates, I decided to develop a For Sale By Owner program to help sellers save money which includes property being listed in the Brevard MLS.
I ditched my membership with the board of Realtors, along with my high cost real estate website so I could pass on savings to sellers. I am paid a fixed fee as an advisor at closing.
It truly is the best of both worlds for me and the sellers. And sellers save a significant amount of money. Get more info provided at The FSBO Advisor
Our area went thru the “appraisal gap” craze just over a year ago. Personally over paying for real estate is risky business. I advised my clients NOT to pay appraisal gaps and they’re grateful now I gave them wise advice. Glad to see we are back to must appraise to value.
