Florida is a popular place to move, which means demand for housing is high. Sell ng without a Realtor.
With the market shifting drastically because of the high interest rates, I decided to develop a For Sale By Owner program to help sellers save money which includes property being listed in the Brevard MLS.

Brevard County, FL seems to be in a 'housing market purgatory' we have been hovering at around 2500 residential properties for sale for months. (See my Monday MLS Minute on Instagram).
