I agree, 15 years ago, loose mortgage lending practices ultimately brought down some of the nation’s largest banks and mortgage companies. Since then, standards have been raised and the process of obtaining a mortgage is now more transparent. Me, I am banking on eventually getting back to a stable real estate market on the Brevard FL Space Coast.
