Mastering the art of negotiation is a skill that comes with years of knowledge and experience. I have negotiated countless transactions since I became a FL real estate broker in 1994 and what I know for certain, not all real estate agents are effective negotiators.
Like all aspects of business, a strategy is required when negotiating for an accepted real estate sale. My preference is a win. win for both parties.

All financing is is contingent on obtaining loan approval, typically around 30 days. The other contingency I see the most is, contingent on buyers selling their property.
