"Circumstances often cause a man to seek a home in foreign parts. If he knows how to meet the situation and how to introduce himself in the right way, he may find a circle of friends and a sphere of activity even in a strange country." - The I Ching: Lu / The Wanderer (56). In a new interview with an Argentine journalist, Pope Francis says there's a wing of the Catholic Church that "says no to everything," and while he's going ahead, he has no intention of launching a crackdown: “I don’t cut off heads. That was never my style. I’ve never liked doing that," he said.

"The destinies of men are subject to immutable laws that must fulfill themselves. But man has it in his power to shape his fate, according as his behavior exposes him to the influence of benevolent or destructive forces. When a man holds a high position and is nevertheless modest, he shines with the light of wisdom; if he is in a lowly position and is modest, he cannot be passed by." - The I Ching: Ch'ien / Modesty (15). We come to you today to give encouragement and understanding of what is taking place energetically at this time. The waves of energy streaming into your planet will continue and they will not lessen. Though as your form adjusts to the higher frequencies you will feel relief. We understand that many are weary and want this constant flow to stop, especially those who have awoken quickly and are plowing through the layers within. Look deeply and honestly within yourself and ask if you would be happy to stretch this process out or are you the type to want to move quickly. Trust that your soul knows what is best and how much you can handle, even when you think you cannot go on one more day. The true strength and perseverance that lies within each of you is amazing and needs to be celebrated.

Pope Francis met on Wednesday with the parents of an American college student whose body was found in the Tiber River this week, a victim of what the police are calling robbery and murder.
In an early morning private and unscheduled meeting with the parents before his usual audience with pilgrims, Francis expressed “feelings of deepest sympathy and compassion, and his closeness in prayer to the Lord” for the family’s loss, the Vatican said in a statement. The Vatican newspaper, L’Osservatore Romano, identified the parents as Nick and Jodi Solomon.

Pope Francis has made no secret of his intention to radically reform the administrative structures of the Catholic church, which he regards as insular, imperious, and bureaucratic. He understands that in a hyper-kinetic world, inward-looking and self-obsessed leaders are a liability.
Last year, just before Christmas, the Pope addressed the leaders of the Roman Curia — the Cardinals and other officials who are charged with running the church’s byzantine network of administrative bodies. The Pope’s message to his colleagues was blunt. Leaders are susceptible to an array of debilitating maladies, including arrogance, intolerance, myopia, and pettiness. When those diseases go untreated, the organization itself is enfeebled. To have a healthy church, we need healthy leaders.
Through the years, I’ve heard dozens of management experts enumerate the qualities of great leaders. Seldom, though, do they speak plainly about the “diseases” of leadership. The Pope is more forthright. He understands that as human beings we have certain proclivities — not all of them noble. Nevertheless, leaders should be held to a high standard, since their scope of influence makes their ailments particularly infectious.

In a press conference Sunday on the flight back to Rome after his weekend trip to Armenia, the pontiff said bluntly: "The church must say it's sorry for not having comported itself well many times, many times.""I believe that the church not only must say it's sorry ... to this person that is gay that it has offended," said the pope. "But it must say it's sorry to the poor, also, to mistreated women, to children forced to work."
