Every day we have busy schedules revolving around work, school, friends, family, and most importantly our health, but do we really spend or even try to fit in any time for just us? To step back from our chaotic life and just take a breath? Well relieving stress is one step closer to fulfilling a healthy lifestyle.  Apparently what most people don’t care to realize is how stress affects not only our physical health, but our emotional and mental health as well. Long term stress can lead up to depression, anger, anxiety, mood swings, and irritability. People have to realize that if they’re the ones overwhelmed and stressed, then this starts to have an effect others around. That’s why people need to know that it’s okay to step away from our everyday life and take off the stress that we don’t need, since this can be the string that’s pulling us back from enjoying our life.
