This article is super interesting because it talks about the link between trouble with sleeping leads to unhealthy eating habits. As talked about in the article, lack of sleep can lead to the increase for craving unhealthy food in the morning or afternoon. This can affect college students since sleeping difficulties occur often with constant noise and movement surrounding kids in dorms. I used to have very loud neighbors next to me in my dorm who would keep me awake constantly and lack of sleep really negatively impacted me.
