This article highlights why it's so important to understand the greatest strengths of an individual.  In Paragraph 3, the article discusses "exhibit certain traits" which is all about natural behavior.  Natural behavior determines our ability to either take risks or avoid them.  Wouldn't it be great if all companies really knew how to determine the natural behavior of their people?  We can and do help companies with that every day!

It's easy to identify people that don't think like you do.  The hard part is getting rid of them.  There are rules of law that can't be compromised.  I would recommend learning how to really work with people different than you rather than just say, these people must go immediately.
