Il donne de nombreuses conférences et a écrit plusieurs ouvrages dont le plus célèbre est « Comer sin miedo » (manger sans avoir peur).

 Existe en la actualidad una alerta a nivel europeo sobre esta enfermedad, dado que en el año 2012 se identificó un foco de X.fastidiosa en olivos viejos del sur de Italia y su diseminación no se ha podido detener. También en Italia se ha confirmado su presencia en almendro y adelfas, y recientemente, la bacteria ha sido identificada en Córcega en plantas ornamentales (Polígala myrtifolia y Spartium junceum).

Convenience and online shopping have been determined as the two key factors that wine producers and companies will need to target across the major worldwide wine markets, according to the latest research from Wine Intelligence and ProWein.

While there is clearly a healthy growth in online shopping, it appears that different countries are at different stages of growth. While the UK is well advanced in this field, consumers in France favour the “click and collect” feature.
