Future tense in English - the basic 4

Here is a nice summary of four basic Future tenses in English.  We have 7 total ways to talk about the future.  Exluding talking about time tables, I think most students need to learn the USES of these tenses and then determine the similarities (predictions, future plans) and differences (spontaneous decisions, intentions, and plans/decisions made before the time of speaking) among Will, Going To, and Present Continuous.  In other words sometimes these tenses are interchangeable (the similarities) and in others (the differences) they are NOT.
