Lutte contre les discriminations, prévention des risques psychosociaux, égalité homme-femme… Sous la pression de la législation, mais aussi pour attirer les candidats et retenir leurs collaborateurs, les entreprises mettent en place des baromètres mesurant leurs résultats en matière de bien-être au travail à partir de questionnaires remplis par les salariés.

« L'idée de performance sociale fait son chemin », explique Sophie Thiérry, directrice du département conseils auprès des entreprises à Vigeo. Cette agence de notation sociale est de plus en plus souvent appelée par les DRH pour les aider dans l'élaboration de plans d'actions, qui se traduisent par une modification des modes de management, les résultats économiques n'étant plus les seuls éléments pris en compte.
