Is it the fat, or is it really the carbs (sugar & flour?) So far, my success with Atkins and the book "Good calories, bad calories" book by a NYT Science writer points me more to the sugar and flour in the cupcake vs. the fats.

I've also sustained weight loss with Atkins pretty well and had an ideal combo cholesterol count via my last blood test.
