My Thoughts: Using whey protein can be hard since you may not know how to make the drinks. It is effective when it comes to your bodies intake of protein and must be taken as a certain amount in a day. each one of our bodies needs a different amount of protien. using too much can affect your body in bad ways by making you feel sick and by turning back to fat. you must be careful when taking protien powders since too much can be affected badly but depending on how much you work out and break down muscle you should know how much is enough based on how hard you worked out.

My Thoughts: when weight lifting a lot of factors are involved from how to gain muscle to how to lose it. when gaining muscle your body must break down the muscle you have and rebuild the fibers stronger so that it cant break with the same eight as last time. after weight lifting if you take protien supplements it will help your rebuilding process since your body needs protein to rebuild muscles. It is very effective in building your muscles faster and stronger. but keep in mind that your diet also has a lot to do with how much muscle you gain. your diet when weight lifting should consist of a lot of protiens.
