Before I read this article, I believed that this type of technology (Google Glass & Apple iwatch) would not be available in this day & age. Google glass will be so handy to have, especially operating the device by voice & hand movements. I would definitely purchase Google glass for the set price of $1500. I also would get the “iwatch” because it synchronizes with your iphone.

I like the look of this iwatch & that it has a headphones socket, a camera, a microphone & a screen. It looks like a wrist band but acts like a smart phone.

It's going to take a lot of bitty fighting, but the people behind this site -- they're naturally anonymous, in an attempt to stop Google spying on them -- say they're fighting Google Glass in particular.

I do like the idea of Google glass & want you can do with them, but it is alarming to read
“There's no way of even knowing if someone else is recording you through their glasses from somewhere in the cloud”. That puts me off from Google glass a bit; I hope Google makes security measures to avoid this scenario.

Yes, Google glass will improve everyday activities.
Record video, send text messages, provide translations, and give directions is a lot of activities, it would be a bonus to have any more tools on it.

Google glass cost $1500, there is no way in hell that I would take these glass to a pub. If I do they would be broken by the end of the night. “5 point cafe” is just trying to get media attention.

Google Glass, Google Shoes, and the horror of living in a Google World | Digital Trends | Wearable technologies that are Coming Soon. | Scoop.it
Google Shoes may have been a mere concept for SXSW, but the possibilities illustrate how a cyborg future is not far off, and it might look less like Ironman’s Tony Stark and more like Star Trek’s Borg.

Having your shoes talk to you is not my idea of amazing wearable technology, thank god it is not coming on the market any time soon.
