Et si on arrêtait une fois pour toute de parler de « Transformation digitale ». Et si on assumait une fois pour toutes que ces changements qui secouent nos industries ont finalement assez peu à voir avec la technologie ?
Le propos est radical, mais il semble en phase avec la majorité des évolutions actuelles de marques et des grandes entreprises. Le « digital » à proprement parler n’existe plus, et les entreprises qui sont en passe de réussir leur transformation sont bien celles pour qui le « digital » n’est plus un sujet.
