More and more people are beginning to realize that there ARE alternative solutions for many conditions and illnesses outside of mainstream medicine. Art therapy is one such therapy. The creative process of creating art has been shown to aid in many conditions, including heart disease, influenza, and even cancer. While certainly not a cure, the emotional fallout from illness can be alleviated and temporarily escaped through creative methods.
