Set up an account and tried this one out. I am suitably impressed (certainly can't complain when its free).  Simple to use online tool, that once registered, allows you to combine background, multiple text boxes and icons to create shareable and savable images.  Your creations can be made public or kept private.  No App version yet, though the FAQ's indicate that it is something PixTeller are working towards.

I'm not going to encourage anyone not to give attribution or credit for the images - however always useful to have good sources of free to use images.  Important that students learn that the pictures they find and want to include in presentations have to be sourced and cited appropriately.
