  1. Listen to or watch something funny
  2. Compliment people you do not know
  3. Laugh at yourself
  4. Allow yourself to be an 8-year old again
  5. Hold a baby
  6. Create a playlist of happy songs
  7. Spend time in Nature
  8. Treat yourself to something you normally wouldn't
  9. Take a bath
  10. Create your own joke
