I really liked this article, and I wasn't quite sure where to categorize it!

 

Since it is listed in the interview section I wanted to tell you why.  You see so many people prepare thoroughly for the interview, and can't wait to get everything off their chest during the interview.

 

The truth is when individuals interrupt, and talk over interviewers -- this is typically not a good thing to do. 

 

So, please read this article to get some tips on how to listen genuinely during the interview.   Sometimes the interviewer may decide that you are a perfect fit for the company, and they start telling you all about the position, the company, and perhaps themselves.  (this is often a good sign)
