Sugar is the nutritional evil of our age. But, with its profoundly addictive nature, the food industry has a vested interest in getting us hooked; developing products that have a 'bliss point', (an optimal use of sugar, salt and fat), will ensure that we all keep on coming back for more.

 

With sugar being the leading cause of diabetes, cancer and heart related conditions we need to take our health back into our own hands. Cutting sugar out of our diets is probably the most important thing we will do to maintain our health this year!
