The first liters of oil from Uganda’s oil wells are expected to drip off the oil refinery by 2016 according to a dateline set by government. At its peak, Uganda’s oil wells are expected to produce about 200,000 barrels daily – an equivalent of about 32 million liters (1 barrel equals 159 liters) therefore; the refinery should have a capacity to contain a huge volume of oil.
