Zeega | trelemorele |
Zeega is a new form of interactive media, enabling anyone to express themselves by easily combining media from the cloud. Make the web you want.

Nik Peachey's curator insight, August 29, 2013 6:42 AM

Zeega is a great tool for creating digital narrative. Users can add their own media as well as using found media from around the internet and media supplied by Zeega. They drag media onto digital pages and can edit them and add their own text commentary and sound track. Here's a great example which celebrates 50 years since martin Luther King's 'I had a dream' speech.

Zeega is yet another curator offering, but with some interesting, more potent, multi-sourcing capabilites. Check it out!

This map shows tha tthere are an overwhelimg amount of Arabs especially in centeral Syria. And then on the coast lline it is mostly mixed with pink representing the overwhlming other majority.

Joseph Thacker 's curator insight, April 2, 2014 8:11 PM

It appears from this article that Syria is a complicated country. The map shows the different ethnic and religious groups of Syria, along with other groups, all of which live within a small area. Syria, along with other countries within the Middle East have been faced with one serious issue or another. Many different people live within a very small area; those people practice different religions and are ethnically and culturally different. Unfortunately, being different in this part of the world may get you killed.

Paige Therien's curator insight, May 4, 2014 1:25 PM

Maps such as this one are very valuable when trying to understand conflict.  In Syria and the greater Levant area, unbalanced power and representation in politics is the result of many different religious and ethnic groups living in such close proximity each other, allowing conflict to become very invasive.

Passion House prefab: 400 square feet of Nordic design

Passion House prefab: 400 square feet of Nordic design | trelemorele |
This series will enter into fierce and competitive prefab market. It is designed to fulfill the energy consuption requirements in nordic countries, even snow load requirements up to 3 kN. Houses are equipped with high standard ventilation systems, full automation and management systems, they are designed to utilize a solar heating during spring and autumn, have shelter from sun during summer months, thus not requiring a cooling system. Used building materials are in most parts wood, walls are vapour permeable and facades are ventilated. Structural frame is made of glulam, walls have rockwool insulation, internal walls are made of cross-laminated-timber panels, windows are wood-aluminium and furniture is either painted or laminated MDF boards.
