Though this is the land of vivacity with unique culture, tradition & dialect as well as the beautiful surrounding landscapes.

Recently opened for visitors, Tsum Valley Trekking is categorized in the Manaslu Region Trekking. Most of the area is protected by Manaslu Conservation area. Tsum valley is one of the hidden as well as an unexplored region. It is believed that the Tsum Vally is one of the eight sacred valleys in the inner Himalayas which are known as the Beyuls. This land was supposed to be created and protected by the Buddhist saint Padmasambha. It is non-violence zone where hunting of animals, hunting honey as well as meat is not allowed. You will find various mysterious facts and stories by the ethnic people if you reach there.

The trekking to the Tsum valley starts from Arughat Bazaar. Thereafter, the trek continues through the bank of Soti Khola and Modi Khola. This trek leads you the region which is less populated, non-advanced trek in the peaceful high hilly regions of Helambu and Gosaikunda. This region is northeast in the direction and nearer to the distance (72km) and to the Kathmandu valley. This is the easy trekking as the maximum height reach is up to 4,380m only, making suitable for inexperienced travelers too.

The Gosaikunda Helambu trek continues along the rocky trails and high passes through pine forests, meadows leads to the Gosaikunda lake along with 108 oligotrophic lakes. These lakes are situated surrounding the Surya peak (5145m) which makes the trek really interesting and refreshing. The whole region including this lake has the significant values and importance among the Hindu and Buddhist pilgrimage. Though, Gosaikunda Helambu Trek is preferred equally for the trekking as well as religious purpose. The trail starts from the Melamchipul , passing through the ethnic Tamang villages of beautiful Helambu, rhododendron forests, artistic Buddhist monasteries, stupas. Getting introduced to the friendly people, enjoying the local festivals and event can make the trekking amazingly memorable. Annapurna, Gaurisankar as well as various Tibetan peaks on the route refresh your tiring trekking.

Trekking to Dolpa was allowed for the foreigners in the year 1989. This region was only recognized widely with ‘The Snow Leopard; the book pulished by Peter Matthiessen and Himalaya ‘(Caravan)’; movie made by Eric Valli.

Thus, this land has enough mystery to attract the visitors. Usually Dolpa trekking is categorized in Upper Dolpa trekking and Lower Dolpa trekking. Geographically, of Tibetan plateau thus possess semiarid climate. It is sorrounded with chains of Dhaulagiri peaks. As well as the region is protected with Shey Phoksundo National park. The reserve protects various flora and fauna. Shey Phoksundo Lake is one of the major attraction of Dolpa region. Local believe that Dolpo is the region of the Beyul, one of the “hidden valleys” created by Guru Rinpoche. Even various villages here possess the group of Bon followers. Bon is one of the oldest and richest culture followed. People here had a survival with salt trade with Tibet.

The Dolpa trekking starts at Juphal to Bang la Camp, the uppermost point of Dolpa trekking. The trails elevates from 1650 meters (5,412ft) to 5136 meters (16,846ft) above sea level. Passing through the narrow steep trails with the arid landscapes along with snowy peaks, torquoise lakes, ancient remote villages, Buddhist monasteries are the major features of Dolpo trekking.

Rolwaling Himal is an extended Himalaya section in east-central Nepal. The peak is lonesome peak (6273m) thus named as a “grave”. This peak lies in the Khumbu region to the East, the Helambu region to the West and the arid Tibetan Plateau to the North.

Rolwaling Himal uprises over the small hamlets of Sherpa communities in the Rolwaling valley. The trek was leaded by the Eric Shipton in 1951 for the first time.  The popular town of Dolakha is the place from where the trekking starts through the grazing pastures of Beding and course of Tama Koshi River. Then to the Na which the last habitat of Rolwaling region. The Glacial lake of Tso Rolpa is of high attractions of this trekking. Additional attractions comprise of Trakarding glacier, Drolambu glacier, views of the Mt. Everest, Lang tang, Jugal Himal and Mt. Gauri Shanker. With every ascend of the trekking, you will experience tremendous scenery around you along the high passes, pristine glaciers and unspoiled areas around. Moreover the views of the Mt. Everest, Lang tang, Jugal Himal and Mt. Gauri Shanker. There is a myth that Rolwaling is the home of the Yeti- the mysterious creatures of the Himalayas. The trekking becomes strenuous at Tasi Lapcha pass until you reach to the Namche Bazaar. Acclimatization selected to be done at various points. Trekker will get an opportunity to explore through the areas of Sagarmatha National park. Trekking through the Rolwaling region is a life time experience in a less visited area of Nepal.

Manaslu Circuit Trek follows the trails that encircles around the foothills of Mount Manaslu which lies in the west central part of Nepal. Manaslu is eighth highest mountain in the world uprising to an altitude of 8156m and signifies as “Mountain of Spirit”. Opened in 1991 for the visitors, Manaslu Circuit Trek is considered to be one of the prominent and scenic trekking region in comparison.

The trek lies on the newly developed Great Himalaya Trail to the boarder of Tibet and Nepal. Starting from Arughat bazaar, the trek proceeds along an ancient salt-trading route along the Budhi Gandaki River. The trail passes from the subtropical zone to the high alpine zone with reaching to the highest point to the Larkya La at an elevation of 5,235 metres. The trek requires a Restricted Area Permit of $50 per week and that trekkers travel in a group of two with a registered guide. The route of the Manaslu trekking offers an opportunity to venture along the Hindu as well as Tibetan influenced ethnic villages of Syala, Samagaon. Visitors are truly influenced by the highly rich traditional culture and traditions that people still have preserve and carry them very well in their daily life. When trekking through the Manaslu region, you can have an amazing view of ten peaks of over 6,500 metres.

The valley lies at a distance of 72 km north of Kathmandu valley, bordering Tibet. This trek starts from the Syabrubesi through yak trails, hamlets of Tamang communities of Tibetan influenced, terraced field, high meadows and yak pastures. The 1,710 square km of Langtang National Park also includes the Langtang region. The region is a home of red pandas as well as wild species like Monkeys, Musk deer, Pika.
You will have mesmerizing trekking throughout your journey with a scenic beauty of landscapes as well as the spectacular view of 10 peaks over 6000m high which includes Langtang RI, Ganesh Himal, Lang Sisa. The trail leads to the famous Kyangjin Gompa (3,740m), high land inhabited by Tamang communities . Makalu Trekking takes you to great adventure in the pristine areas of Makalu region in the eastern Nepal. The region is bestowed with Makalu; the fifth highest mountain 8,481 metres (27,825 ft) in the world, Makalu Barun valley; a himalayan glacier valley as well as the Makalu Barun National Park and Conservation area. The trekking to the Makalu Base Camp is highly popular trekking to through the sacred Himalayan landscapes in Nepal.

The trekking starts from Tumlingtar and proceed along the course of Arun River through the Arun valley. It then head towards the base camp through the Shipton La Pass (4210 m) and Upper Barun River Valley. The trek varies within an altitude of 850m to 5250m (Makalu Base camp). The trek takes you to the beautiful rhododendron forests and traditional villages of Brahman, Chhetri, Rai, Limbu, Gurung and Tamang people. Wandering through the sub-tropical forests to the high alpine areas, cascading water falls, high cliffs, vibrating landscapes can be great experience. Highly rich in floral and faunal diversity, Makalu trek is a home to the 440 species of birds and 75 species of mammals as well as 3000 species of flowering plants. As you keep on ascending, you will have rewarding view of Chamlang Everest, Lhotse and Kanchenjungha. It is really venture some work to go across Shipton Pass (4,500m) comprising of two passes, Keke La (4,127m) and Tutu La (4,075m). October- Novemeber provides the best weather to make a trek to Makalu Base Camp.
