Leadership starts from a young age and can be learned without even realizing it. Read is a rugby player who is a true leader on the field even though he never looked at himself that way. He knows when to take control and what to do and helps his teammates out whenever he can. This article is interesting to me because it talks about how sports have shaped him as a person and I've been involved with sports my whole life and I really feel that they have shaped who I am and made me a better leader as well.
