Emphasis on exams is a flaw in our education system: Employers must try and fix the gaping hole between school and work | Training, Coaching & Education in Africa | Scoop.it
The world is a changing place, with technology impacting on every job across every industry.
Dorcas Manou's insight:
Fixing the gaping hole between school and work: a challenge for all governments and education policy leaders, more in Africa than elsewhere where skills acquired at school are not adequate for work!

| Training, Coaching & Education in Africa | Scoop.it

- L'Afrique subsaharienne où 42% des élèves quittent l'école précocement, un élève sur six quittant l'école avant la deuxième année de scolarisation ;

- L'Asie du Sud et de l'Ouest, où 33 élèves qui commencent l'école primaire sur 100, abandonnent avant d'avoir atteint la dernière année d'études primaires ;

| Training, Coaching & Education in Africa | Scoop.it
Editorial.
