'Biggest Loser' Star Responds to Critics of Her Dramatic Weight Loss - ABC News

Rachael states that she ate 1600 calories and exercised 3-4 times daily. By all calculations, this means she lived on 850 calories a day or less. That's a level dangerous to her metabolism, organs, bones, muscle and more.

 

Those with similar regimens will surely defend this dangerous approach, but there's nothing healthy about that lifestyle.

 

I really hope she repairs her metabolism and puts some muscle back on.
