In relation to SELF REFLECTION, you can understand the realities of your stress levels by completing this self-test. When any school load becomes heavy and you are juggling social life, work, sports, family, and school tests or projects, you can find yourself "burned-out" quickly.
Remember the unit over mental and emotional health. Keep in mind the strategies you learned to keep your self calm, motivated, and, most importantly, healthy. If you are burned-out, practice some reflection to analyze potential triggers and possible releases.
To complete the self test, simply share input for 15 statements then "Calculate" your total. After your score is calculated, compare your numbers to Mind Tool's score interpreter.

Though no computer can ever truly know how a person feels, Mind Tools does ask relevant questions that can quickly give insight on my potential stress levels. Sometimes, I need a little guidance to effectively "check myself."
