African American get longer jail time then white people does even though they did the same crime. The people are discriminating against the African American because of their color, so the chance of African American in getting less jail time then white people are unlikely.

The struggle for women's equality in Black America

Black male has it hard in society to fit in and make something of themselves, but black women has it even harder in fitting in since they have to deal with racism and sexism at the same time. They are look down by black mens which doesn't help because it only put more pressure on them.
