Otto I achieved all that he had hoped for. He did  this becuase he was very close with the church. He also appointed bisops to top government jobs. He also took and army into italy to help the pope defeat rebelious roman nobles. One of his major achievements is being crowned emperor.

As a christian knight i believe that the crusades are a bad idea. I believe that the crusades are going to weaken the church which is bad for me becuase i am a christan knight. In my opinion, The most important king was louis ix his royal authority becuase he sent roving officials to check on local administraters. He also expanded royal courts, outlawed private wars, and ended serfdom in his personal domain. He also head cases himself to ensure justice. His enormous personal prestige helped create a strong national felling among his subjects. Everyone loved him so much by the time of his death in 1270, They had made him a saint.
