This project is intended to kickstart a discussion, and disrupt practice in how we teach and learn. If successful it will encourage and enable practitioners within a variety of institutions to:
+ Become more aware of their current e-learning and blended practice
+ Become more aware of their desired practice, and how this differs from the above
+ Become more aware of the pedagogical affordances of technology for teaching and learning
+ Have better discussions about how we teach
+ Change the way we teach
Harnessing technology for change in education is only worthwhile if it is accompanied by discussions of pedagogy. It we don't change how we teach then technology is just sustaining existing practice. With this project we want to provide a framework that will enable technology to be used to disrupt practice.
