Medical 2.0 Pills: Is Inkling a good reason for a medical student to buy an iPad?

Med Geek asks whether Inkling will lure medical students to buy iPads. I'm not sure it is, it's essentially a text book that allows you share notes with others using it. However, it doesn't let students pull the content into other tools they might use like note taking apps, Evernote, OneNote etc and they can't pull other content in either.
