IMC is considered as the “voice” of the brand. By which, brand can build strong relationships with its targeted consumers or attract ideal consumers.

IMC also helps marketers to inform, persuade and remind consumers directly or indirectly of the brand's image and message.

It contributes to brand equity by establishing the brand in memory by applying many marketing communication options such as advertising, public relation, personal selling, etc.
