In the recent years, our country has been in a recession. People have been financially struggling and cities are now trying to give them a helping hand by establishing innovative, money saving services. I think an upside to America's economic decline is that we as citizens are turning to creative solutions to save money. Also, most of these services offer green alternatives that will reduce emissions, but also reduce pollution. -Scout
