3rd Amendment

This article just talks about what the third amendment protects which is "No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law."  And how thatit will never be violated which is good.  We should have the right to be safe in our homes and not to have to open it to complete strangers.

2nd Amendment

In this article the man was convicted of owning a gun, but isn't that protected by The Bill Of Rights?  The court said that the 2nd amendment only qualifies for the use of a gun at home.  This man had it in his car moving the gun from one house to another.  He was punished for it, which I do not believe is fair The Bill Of Rights says with a permit you are aloud to own a gun.  This man had his rights violated.

1st Amendment-Freedom of Speech

This article is about an United States citizen had called President Obama and was threatning his life, which is violating his natural born rights.  The court found that what the citizen was doing was freedom of speech and was not an explicit threat.  The constitution saved this man but not so much for Obama.

4th Amendment

This article is about how a young girl in middle school was forced to strip and shake out her underwear because they thought she has illegal perscription medication.  These men did not have a warrant so what they did was unconstitutional.  It violated The Bill Of Rights.  Without the warrant the men were put on trial for making the young girl strip.

2nd Amendment

People who are getting in trouble for having guns at there houses without permit are fighting that The Bill Of Rights second amendment is being violated.  But these people should be aware that now you must have apermit to own a gun and it is only to be used in your house for law causes.

1st Amendment- Freedom of Press

The highest court in Illinois is not allowing the press insight on a murder case.  The Press have a right to right about the murder case and let the people know about it.  After the court not letting them have any of the insight the press let the people know that the court is refusing to help.
