Occupy group plans to walk from Martin Luther King Memorial in DC to his gravesite in Atlanta | The Amendments of Freedom | Scoop.it
WASHINGTON — A group of protesters from an Occupy Washington encampment plans to march from the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial on the National Mall to the Atlanta gravesite of the late civil rights leader.

Analysis:

In this article, it explains that an occupy group plans to walk from the MLK memorial in D.C. to Atlanta, Georgia because it proves a point of freedom to protest.  This is very constitutional because if the group goes through with this, it will be a big eye opener to the government to change somethings in the constitution.

A blog of opinions on local, state and national issues..

Analis:

Joe Bruno was convicted under a law that makes it a federal crime to deprive the public of honest services. In his case, it was for failing to disclose conflicts of interest with people who did business with the state, and who were paying Bruno handsomely at a time when they needed his official action on things like state grant money.  This article relates to the 5th amendment because it is illegal for the government to commit double jeoparpy against someone.

Religious Leaders Among Those Arrested in Occupy Oakland Raid

As police in Oakland, California, broke up the tent communities of Occupy protesters, they arrested about a dozen faith leaders on Monday

 Analysis:

In this Article, police officers broke up tent communities of Occupy protesters. In total police arrested 32 protesters on Monday, November 14th. Oakland Mayor Jean Quan stated that a person last week was killed during the protest raids. Isreal Jurich volunteered to set up tents and mediate. My opinion on the arrest is that they are unfair and unconstitutional according to the 1st amendment, especially the freedom of speech and the freedom to protest the government. Also the police can't arrest random protesters because as american citizens you are able to protest against the government.

Saginaw attorney Michael J. Forster maintains Dorothy H. Wilson was protecting her own property -- her unchained dog -- during its fight with a chained-up Labrador retriever owned by Wilson's nephew.

Analysis:

This articles was about a woman named Dorothy Wilson explained that she was able to protect her dog in a fight by shooting and killing her nephews dog.  This is unconstitutional because as an american citizen you are able to bear arms but not take it out for no-reason.

Blind New Jersey Man Fights For His Right To Bear Arms: Gothamist | The Amendments of Freedom | Scoop.it

The question is should a legally blind man who has accidently shot himself in the shin have the right to bear arms.  Prosectutors in Morristown are repealing Steve Holper's right to bear arms.  This article relates to the 2nd amendment because the right to bear arms is legally allowed by every american.  Even though i think its very weird a blind man wants to own and shoot a gun, it is still his right to be able.
