ONE CAN ONLY HOPE IT WAS BECAUSE THEY RIGHTLY THOUGHT THAT NCLB WAS INHERENTLY FAULTED FROM THE BEGINNING. STANDARDIZED TESTING TELLS US VIRTUALLY NOTHING USEFUL ABOUT KIDS' LEARNING.

 

SO NOW THE ED MOGULS, WHO SPEND HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS ON IT, USE IT TO MEASURE TEACHERS.

 

EVEN OUR STUDENTS SEE THE FOLLY IN ALL THIS MALFEASANCE.
