Thirty percent of computers in the United States are infected with some form of malware, putting America among the top 10 most malware-infected countries in the OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development). If it's any consolation, South Korea has the dubious honor of topping that list with a malware infection rate of over 57 percent.

Energy Department Announces New Investments to Drive Cost-Competitive Next Generation Efficient Lighting

Energy Department Announces New Investments to Drive Cost-Competitive Next Generation Efficient Lighting | TechnoSavvy | Scoop.it

Building on his strong focus on energy efficiency in his first few days in office, U.S. Energy Secretary Ernest Moniz announced today five manufacturing research and development projects to support energy efficient lighting products. The projects will focus on reducing manufacturing costs, while continuing to improve the quality and performance of light-emitting diodes (LEDs) and organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). Today’s LED lighting is six or seven times more efficient than conventional lighting and can last up to 25 times longer. The Energy Department’s $10 million investment is matched dollar for dollar by private sector funding.

A complete list of the best tablets, laptops, and Asus Computers.  Although I don't necessarily agree with these best rated computing products, the tablet computers are among the most fun family home entertainment electronics by a fair margin.

Asus and Dell are great Windows computers however Apple Computers are the best all the way.  The Macbook Pro and the iMac desktop computers are the best in class and the iPad and iPad mini are high quality tablets.  However price can be an issue to thos with a limited budget as all Mac computers can be pricey.
