I like some of these ideas. I'm thinking we could have students make podcast booktalks and have QR codes linking to them in the books or on a display or around the school. Hmm...kids can't use their phones at school, yet. Well, I can always put links to them in our catalog and on the website.

This article discusses way to incorporate project based learning into the classroom. Great ideas that could be used everyday in the classroom.  Ideas include allowing students to have a creative choice, give the project a purpose beyond the classroom, and allow students time to work in groups.
