Blindsided By the IRS, Tax Negotations

Blindsided By the IRS, Tax Negotations | Taxnegotiations | Scoop.it

Don’t worry about your Payroll Levy Release! We do this for a living. And we do it all the time. We’re good at it. This just happens to be what we specialize in – getting your Levy Release and getting them off your back and out of your paycheck. Just read some of our clients’ own words telling you what we’ve done for them. We can usually get a client’s IRS Wage Garnishment Release in one to five days. But if we tell you we can get your Levy Released, then we guarantee you we’ll do it.

I received an IRS Wage Levy notice in the mail on Thursday evening, and was in shock for the rest of the night – how was I going to support 2 kids on just $350 twice a month? On Friday morning I got on the Internet and stumbled across Jeff’s website.

I just wanted to thank you for helping me out today. I’m the guy in San Francisco with the IRS levy. It is so nice that you actually took the time to give me that advice, even though you weren't receiving anything for it! I can’t tell you how much I appreciate it.

Pardon me, but DAMN, that was fast! I hardly had time to call you and talk to you and fax you the paperwork you wanted and then you emailed me and told me you were finished!

Faster than a speeding bullet. You had to file four tax returns for me and talk to IRS and convince them I wasn't a cheat.

What can I say, Jeff, but you are THE MAN! Seriously, I am wowed beyond words. Thank you so much. You cannot imagine the stress and pressure you have just relieved us from. Thank you so much and may your Holidays be blessed beyond your dreams. Thanks.

We no longer directly prepare and manage Offers in Compromise (OIC). Instead, we provide OIC coaching services. Our opinion is that it is much better for you, the one who owes IRS more than you can pay, to be significantly involved in a process that is so important to your financial health.

Like many of my clients, John faxed me a copy of his Wage Levy Package without even calling me. I just love it when a Package starts printing out on my fax machine and I see a new name on the paperwork!John had been suffering under an existing IRS Wage Levy of $1,916.19 per paycheck since July that had already cost him $7,284.64. So you can understand that John was what I refer to as a “troubled taxpayer.” I think he was tiring of a constant diet of beans and cornbread. Or in Georgia, would that be peanuts and cornbread?

I received a letter from my employer stating that the IRS has put a Wage Levy on my check and will garnish maximum amount starting with my next paycheck. This coupled with the impending filing of a divorce, yes my world was in total disarray. I reached out to you and the first thing you did was to put me at ease telling me that,” I assure you that I will stop the levy and you will have a monthly payment that you can handle”.

You worked out a very painless and very affordable monthly payment plan for me of $85 per month when my CPA neighbor had told me to quit my job and go to work somewhere else because I was doomed and nobody could help me. But when I talked to you, you even told me that several of your competitors were good and could help me if I wanted to talk to them. Whoever heard of someone doing that?

IRS Form 433a - Tax Negotations

IRS Form 433a - Tax Negotations | Taxnegotiations | Scoop.it
Fill it out completely and leave no area blank. If an area does not apply, write in “N/A”. If the subject or area applies and the correct number or dollar amount is zero, write in “0″.Keep in mind that IRS will request and receive a copy of your credit report. They will compare the credit report to your form 433-A for accuracy. If they find any omissions on the form 433-A, your will automatically be seen as a troublesome taxpayer and it will be much more difficult for me to help you.

I would really like to thank you for all your hard work. When you said don’t stress-it was hard not to but with your help everything is straighten out. You said to give you two days and it was. You took care of the levy at work, my aunt’s bank account, plus my taxes owed.

I can not thank you in person but you are the greatest. I’m not much in putting things in writing but I can not believe how you got IRS to do things. Thanks again.

I had been under one of those “Continuing Wage Levies” for almost 5 months. I talked to IRS a couple of times and was told there was “no way” to get it released or even reduced. It took $184.33 from each paycheck (every two weeks), so that was $400.00 each month.

He faxed me his Wage Levy Package without even calling me. In the package, he told me he could possibly pay IRS as much as $800 per month. As soon as I received it, I immediately called one of my IRS reps. The rep (unusually) called the client while I was on hold. The client was completely surprised that I was on top of this so quickly. He told the IRS rep that he approved my offer of a $400 monthly Payroll Deduction agreement. Boy, was he ever happy!

This one is really interesting and unusual. Bob called me on Monday and told me his paycheck had been levied for the last month and a half to the tune of $1,400 per pay period. I recognized his name……. he was an old client from 2005 and he had filed his 2006 tax return that had a balance due of $800 that he had not paid. This new unpaid balance had defaulted his previous agreement with IRS and they hit him with a new wage levy.

Let me start out by saying “THANK YOU”!!!! I’d scream it from the roof tops if I thought it would help some of the suffering people that are considering using your services. Because let’s face it, no one’s looking at your web site unless they’re in serious trouble. I would be willing to tell anyone that’s looking for help with a wage levy, that they’ve found the right place. Sorry, “person”. Because that’s what I found when I decided to use you.
