Premier poste de supervision? Le danger de la microgestion... et l'importance du rôle de coach du gestionnaire de 2e niveau.

 

Je crois que c'est "normal" d'être contrôlant pour un employé nouvellement promu à un poste de gestion.  C'est un apprentissage, il veut bien faire, il ne veut pas se tromper, il veut prouver que l'entreprise a fait un bon choix.  Le gestionnaire de 2e niveau a un rôle clé à jouer pour bien guider ce superviseur à adopter de bons comportements de leader AVANT que les mauvaises habitudes de contrôle ne deviennent une habitude et que les bons employés pensent à quitter...
